Year 10 Work Experience Summer
2003
Each year our Year 10 students spend 2 weeks engaged in Work Experience.
This provides a valuable opportunity to appreciate what it is like
to be involved in a working environment and provides an insight
into what careers might best be avoided or aimed for when they finish
their education. It is hoped that the experience will motivate them
in their final year of study to their GCSE exams.
We subscribe to the work experience organisation 'Trident'
who not only vet all placements but provide insurance. However,
parents may arrange their own work experience placements provided
these meet the criteria used by 'Trident'.
The photos below show just a few of the placements. Click on each

Many thanks to all the organisations who accepted placements from
Friends' School.
