FSSWOSA - Friends’ School Old Schol­ars’ Association

The Old Schol­ars’ Asso­ci­ation was formed in 1869.

Its aims are “to promote fellow­ship and main­tain contact amongst members and between members and the School, and to promote the interests and the best tradi­tions of the School”.

The Old Schol­ars’ main meet­ing each year is the Spring Reunion which occurs on a Saturday in May and which usually coin­cides with the School’s  ‘Friends and Famil­ies Day’ (speech day). There is also an AGM in November.

The main form of commu­nic­a­tion has tradi­tion­ally been through the annual magazine, which is distrib­uted to  Old Schol­ars in May. A direct­ory of Old Scholar contact details is circu­lated every 2 or 3 years.  However, email addresses can also be found in the Class­lists on the Old Schol­ars’ website www.oldscholars.com where you can also find news items, details of forth­com­ing events, archive photos and much more.
