About the Junior School
Friends’ Junior School opened in 1992 and has built up from small beginnings to a thriving school here in the heart of Saffron Walden. The Junior School prides itself on its Quaker roots and a strong sense of community, combined with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We provide a supportive and caring environment where every child is treated as an individual, where intellectual, creative and physical challenges are met with confidence and ever-increasing levels of independence.
