RESIDENT GRADUATES and GAP STUDENTS Each
year we appoint an Artist in Residence to start in September, with studio space
provided, and a Drama Assistant. Click here
for further details of the Artist in Residence post. Please do not apply for the
Artist in Residence post before 1st March - interviews will normally be held in
May. We also appoint 2 Gap Students each January to help with sport and
other leisure activities and boarding duties. (We have appointed gap students
for Jan to Dec 2009). Applications may be made from 1st January for the
next year and a decision will normally be made by the end of March for appointment

Friends'
School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and
the successful applicant for any advertised post will be required to undertake
a criminal record check via the CRB. Friends’ School exists to advance the
education of children (Charity No. 1000981) 
Posts that are often available each year:
INVIGILATORS
Each summer we employ additional part time invigilators to help supervise individual
pupils or small groups taking exams. If interested then please let us have your
details. PART TIME DUTY STAFF
Part time staff to help with after school boarding and other supervisory duties
are often required. Initially this would be on a supply basis to cover for illness
but there could be possibilities of permanent employment on one or more weekday
evenings or at weekends on a rota basis.
SUPPLY
TEACHERS Occasionally we require subject specialists to cover for
staff absence. If you would like to be included on our database then please let
