Contacting Form Teachers by email

From January 2009 Form Teachers and Year Heads for Years 7 to 11 will be making greater use of Form email addresses to communicate with parents. Parents can also use these addresses to communicate with Form Teachers. The email addresses have a common format:
For Year 7 it is (with no spaces) year7formstaff@friends.org.uk
for Year 8 year8formstaff@friends.org.uk
for Year 9 year9formstaff@friends.org.uk
for Year 10 year10formstaff@friends.org.uk
and for Year 11 year11formstaff@friends.org.uk

We are also making increased use of 'ParentMail' for last minute messages to parents. Thus it is vital that you keep us informed of any changes in the email addresses you use. If you have still to subscribe to 'ParentMail' or have a change of email address then please let Lynn Robinson know at lynnrobinson@friends.org.uk
