Curriculum

During years 7, 8 and 9 (Key Stage three) our broad curriculum includes art, drama, English, food and design tech­no­logy, French, German, geography, history, inform­a­tion and commu­nic­a­tion tech­no­logy, math­em­at­ics, music, personal, social and health educa­tion (PSHE) phys­ical educa­tion, reli­gious stud­ies and science. As this key stage ends, your child will receive help and guid­ance in select­ing GCSE subjects.

In years 10 and 11 (key stage four) pupils continue with the core subjects of English and English liter­at­ure, the sciences, math­em­at­ics, phys­ical educa­tion, reli­gious stud­ies and PSHE. Most take nine GCSE subjects, select­ing from an option scheme we design follow­ing pupil and parent consultation.
