Croydon House

Croydon is the Sixth Form boarding house. It is close to, but separate from the main school building. Some members of 6i may have rooms in Croydon East which is an annexe in the main building.

Students live in single or 2 bedded rooms with study facilities. Those in the upper sixth form (6ii) work in there rooms during study periods but the lower sixth formers (6i) work in the library.  All sixth formers work in their rooms during prep unless they choose to go to the computer room, music school or art rooms.

The kitchen has facilities for making drinks and cooking small meals. Fruit, biscuits and milk are always available and after prep other food is put out such as bread and various spreads.  The kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer and students are encouraged to do their own washing and ironing.
