Guardians
Every student whose parents are resident abroad must have a suitable guardian living in the UK. If parents are not able to appoint a relative in this country we suggest the use of a professional guardianship agency who will follow suitable safeguarding and child protection procedures.
We expect students to spend a few days with their guardian before the beginning of term, particularly if they have a long flight and are likely to need time to adjust to jetlag. This is particularly important before their first term in school.
